We're Hiring US Accounting (AP/AR/Billing)

Join our growing team at BRS Technology!

We're looking for an experienced US Accounting Executive to manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing processes for our US-based operations.

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: Minimum 2 years in US Accounting (AP/AR/Billing)

Location: Sector 75, Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end AP/AR processes and billing for US clients.
Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, payment posting, and reconciliations.
Handle client communication and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
Maintain financial accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.
Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and other accounting tools.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently during night shift.
Prior experience in a US process is required.
