Job Overview

We are looking for

Qualified or Semi-Qualified CA/CMA professionals

who are eager to start their career in

US Accounting

. This role offers exposure to

international clients, US GAAP, and industry-standard accounting tools

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations for US-based clients
Record & reconcile transactions using

QuickBooks & FreshBooks

Prepare

GL entries, Trial Balance & financial statements

Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Handle

AP/AR & bank reconciliations

Ensure compliance with

US GAAP & client reporting standards

Assist in tax filings & audit processes (under supervision)

Coordinate with internal teams & clients
Maintain accurate financial documentation

Qualifications & Skills

Qualified or Semi-Qualified

CA / CMA

Bachelor's degree in Commerce /

MBA Finance (preferred)

Strong accounting fundamentals

QuickBooks & FreshBooks knowledge (mandatory)

Basic understanding of

US GAAP & US tax rules (preferred)

Proficient in

MS Excel & accounting tools

Strong analytical & communication skills
