Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Performs full-cycle accounting and month-end close activities (Intercompany transactions, journal entries, account reconciliations, multi-currency accounting, consolidations). \xef\x82\xb7 Provides accounting support to other groups within the company (including Business Development, Project Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, etc.). \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the outside CPA firm for Financial statements prep. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist with budgeting and forecasting. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for appropriate coding and adherence to corporate policies and procedures. \xef\x82\xb7 Review bills and expense reports. \xef\x82\xb7 Superior communication/interpersonal skills. Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Bookkeeping experience in Professional services / IT firm with QuickBooks Online is a must. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional functional teams. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with full-cycle accounting, financial statement preparation, and month- end/year-end closing books. \xef\x82\xb7 Detail-oriented with strong functional, analytical and organizational skills Ideal Candidate \xef\x82\xb7 Should have experience in US Accounting. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with QuickBooks/Xero. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work at a fast pace and effectively.
