Salary

?20,000 to ?50,000 per month

(Salary depends on experience, skills, and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end US accounting

for multiple clients Maintain and manage books using

QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and Zoho

Perform

bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

Prepare and review

monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports

Assist with

US tax preparation and compliance support

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records Identify accounting issues and proactively suggest solutions Coordinate with US clients through email and virtual meetings Manage deadlines and priorities during month-end and year-end close

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

6 months of experience

in US accounting or bookkeeping Hands-on experience with

US clients

(preferred) Strong knowledge of

US GAAP principles

Proficiency in

QuickBooks Online

(certification is a plus) Working knowledge of

Xero, Zoho Books

Familiarity with cloud tools such as

Bill.com, Receipt Bank, Hubdoc

Strong

MS Excel

and analytical skills Excellent communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently during

night shifts
