QuickBooks Online Accounting Expert

Department: US Accounting Support

Experience Required: 3+ years in Accounting & QuickBooks

Job Timings: 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM (IST) - Night ShiftKey Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

oProvide live support and consultation to clients over calls on QuickBooks Online (QBO).

oAssist clients over call with accounting-related queries, including bank reconciliations, financial statements, payroll, tax filings, and general bookkeeping.

oTroubleshoot and resolve technical and accounting issues over call related to QuickBooks usage.

oOffer guidance on best accounting practices, chart of accounts setup, and financial reporting over call.

oTrain and educate clients on using QuickBooks efficiently for their business operations.

oStay updated with the latest QuickBooks features, accounting regulations, and industry best practices.

oCollaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and provide feedback for system improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

oBachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

oCertified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (preferred).

o3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial consulting.

oIn-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop.

oStrong understanding of US GAAP, taxation, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

oExcellent communication skills to explain complex accounting concepts to clients over calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
