Roles & Responsibilities



Manage and grow a portfolio of US-based client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Present company products/services effectively to prospective clients and demonstrate strong product knowledge. Build strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and excellent service delivery. Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and negotiate pricing to close deals successfully. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for business improvement. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. Represent the company professionally in all communication with US clients across phone, email, and virtual platforms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,503.63 - ₹27,277.19 per month
