Shift Timing: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: Up to ₹42000 per month (Based on experience and skillset)

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring for a

U.S. Senior Financial Analyst/U.S.Senior Account Executive

) for the

night shift.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Property Management / Real Estate Accounting and hands-on expertise with Yardi Voyager 7S software.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process property management and real estate accounting transactions using

Yardi Voyager 7S.

Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Ensure accuracy in property-level financial reporting and compliance with US accounting standards. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and address accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in US Accounting (minimum 4 years total accounting experience). Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

Yardi Voyager 7S software.

Proven experience in Property Management or Real Estate Accounting is mandatory. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
