About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing EdTech team in Bangalore. As a BDE, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students or parents, understanding their learning needs, and helping them choose the right educational solutions offered by our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with leads via calls, emails, and online platforms to explain the product offerings.
Understand customer requirements and guide them towards suitable solutions.
Convert potential leads into customers through consultative sales techniques.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must own a laptop and have good internet connectivity.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US/International shift).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
Prior experience in EdTech or telesales is a plus but not mandatory.
