Position : Consultant Urologist Role & responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and
diagnostic tests, to accurately diagnose urological conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the diagnosis, which may
include medications, surgery, minimally invasive procedures, or other therapeutic interventions.
Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with urological conditions.
Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and address any concerns or
complications that arise during the course of treatment.
Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and preventive
measures.
Perform surgical procedures to treat urological disorders, such as prostatectomy, nephrectomy,
cystectomy, and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).
Ensure that surgical techniques adhere to best practices and prioritize patient safety and well-
being.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including urology nurses, radiologists,
oncologists, and primary care physicians, to coordinate care for patients.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and develop
comprehensive treatment plans.
Provide education and training to medical students, residents, and fellows rotating through the
urology department. Supervise and mentor junior staff members, offering guidance and support in clinical decision making and professional development.
Research and Scholarly Activities: Contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of
urology through participation in research projects, clinical trials, and scholarly publications.
Stay abreast of recent developments, emerging technologies, and evidence-based practices in
urology. Preferred candidate profile-
MBBS., MS., M.Ch., (Urology) / DNB (Urology).

?30Lakhs - ?45Lakhs Per Annum (Negotiable as per the candidates requirement
