Job Description

Prepare the OT for urological procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and ready. Assist urologists and surgical teams during operations including TURP, cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, PCNL, and other endourological and open procedures. Maintain a sterile environment in accordance with infection control guidelines. Monitor patient vitals and condition throughout the perioperative phase. Handle specimens and documentation according to hospital policy. Provide post-operative nursing care and support recovery protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team. Manage and operate urology-specific equipment, including endoscopes, cautery machines, and laser devices.
