Job Summary:
A reputed organization in Mulund West, Mumbai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth across multiple industry segments. The role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and customer-focused sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team goals.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
Manage sales budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments for business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Skills:
Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Target-driven mindset with customer-centric approach.
Experience in B2B / project sales preferred.
