Maruti Driving School Incharge (Front Desk Manager)

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all customers and visitors at the Driving School.
Handle customer inquiries, course details, admission formalities, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with instructors and the training team for class scheduling and vehicle management.
Maintain and update student records, fee collection registers, and admission data.
Track course progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure smooth operations.
Manage front-office inventory, stationery, and administrative needs.
Motivate potential customers to take admissions and achieve admission targets.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and professional service.
Handle complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities of the Driving School when required.

Proficiency in
basic computer operations (MS Office, email, record entry, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
Graduation (any stream)

2-5 years of experience in customer service/front office/administration preferred.
Experience in the automobile

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
