Job Summary:
A reputed organisation in Mumbai is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with documentation, order processing, client communication, and coordination across departments. The role requires excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily activities of the sales team including scheduling, document management, and communication.
Ensure availability and adequacy of sales-related materials, equipment, and documentation.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support as required.
Manage and organise financial and non-financial data, maintain records, and prepare reports.
Process sales orders accurately and within timelines.
Keep clients updated regarding delays, delivery timelines, and unforeseen issues.
Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
Assist in preparing and organising promotional activities, marketing materials, and events.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain a well-organised and problem-solving approach to day-to-day responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles.
Strong technical and analytical understanding.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage data in electronic format.
