Mon-Sat (6-day a week)

Salary:

20k - 35k per month

Shift:

2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Winters) and 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Summers)

We're looking for

Customer Support Executives (Telephonic)

to join our onsite team in Jalandhar. An experienced candidate who bring strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience in managing customer interactions and escalations. This role requires professionals who can independently handle customer concerns, ensure timely resolution, and maintain service quality standards while working with global customers.

What You'll Do

Handle telephonic interactions with international customers professionally Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards Confidently manage and close customer escalations with professionalism Take ownership of issues and ensure end-to-end resolution Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve complex cases
(Full training and process guidance will be provided.)

Required Skills & Experience

Prior experience in Customer Support (Telephonic) Proven ability to handle

customer escalations

Strong verbal communication skills in

English
