Handle customer inquiries and bookings for sea freight
Coordinate with shipping lines and overseas agents for space bookings and schedules.
Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for sea freight customers.
Provide updates on shipment status and resolve any service issues promptly.
Address customer concerns, complaints, or exceptions professionally.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.
Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
Shipment Coordination:
Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination.
Coordinate with customs brokers, trucking companies, and warehouses for timely pick-up and delivery.
Data Entry & System Updates:
Accurately input shipment details into the freight management system
Generate and issue invoices, handle billing queries.
Problem Solving:
Proactively manage shipment delays, port congestion, and exceptions.
Provide solutions and alternative shipping options when needed.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, sales, and customs departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
