Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design and execution team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating architecture projects from concept to execution. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to finalize design requirements. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety norms, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site visits for design supervision and quality checks. Work with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure coordination. Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and construction details. Participate in project review meetings and provide design input. Create sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). 2+ years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good understanding of materials, building systems, and construction processes. Excellent communication and visualization skills. Must be based in Bangalore or ready to relocate on short notice.
Preferred Attributes:

Knowledge of local building by-laws, NBC norms, and approval processes. Familiarity with sustainable architecture (LEED / IGBC certification is a plus). A well-organized portfolio showcasing design projects and technical capabilities.
