FLOOR MANAGER :

Customer Service

: The Floor Manager ensures customers receive excellent service by assisting with product information, resolving complaints, and guiding shoppers through the store.

Staff Supervision

: They oversee the performance of sales staff, providing guidance, training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and sales techniques. This includes managing schedules and delegating tasks.

Inventory Control

: Ensuring that stock levels are accurate, products are properly displayed, and the store is organized. They may also handle stock replenishment or coordinate with warehouse teams.

Operational Oversight

: They ensure that the store is operating smoothly, addressing any issues with technology, equipment, or displays and maintaining safety standards.

Reporting

: The Floor Manager provides daily, weekly, or monthly customer reports to higher management, offering insights into sales trends and customer preferences.

SALES MANAGER :

Sales Strategy

: Developing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, identifying trends, and recommending promotional activities to boost sales.

Team Leadership

: Leading, motivating, and training sales staff to enhance performance, ensuring they meet individual and team goals. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.

Customer Interaction

: Ensuring high levels of customer service, handling escalated issues, and promoting customer loyalty through personalized service.

Product Knowledge

: Staying updated on the latest electronics products, features, and trends, and ensuring the team is well-informed to assist customers effectively.

Inventory and Merchandising

: Collaborating with inventory teams to ensure stock availability, and managing product displays to attract customers.

Reporting

: Monitoring sales metrics and providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
The Sales Manager ensures the store meets its sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
