Identify and research potential franchise partners through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads.
Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls
Make outbound calls to potential franchisees, introducing them to the franchise opportunity and gauging their interest.
Respond to inbound inquiries, addressing potential franchisees' questions, and providing relevant information on franchise benefits, requirements, and processes.
Sales Presentations and Information Sharing
Provide a detailed overview of the company's franchise model, benefits, investment requirements, and support provided.
Use persuasive communication and active listening skills to build rapport and understand the prospect's needs and interests.
Record-Keeping and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with prospects using the company's CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on sales targets, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements
Experience
: Minimum 1-2 years in telesales, outbound sales, or customer service, preferably within a franchise, real estate, or retail industry.
