Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company's projects/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update excel sheet.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/telemarketing/customer service (real estate experience is an advantage).
Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred).
Ability to handle customer queries confidently and politely.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Female candidates preferred.
Qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (with relevant experience).
