Job Description

The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the real estate construction site, office area, equipment, and personnel. This includes conducting routine patrols, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol the site to ensure security of equipment, materials, and personnel. Monitor CCTV and security systems where available. Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to the site. Check and lock entry points after working hours. Assist in managing emergency situations (fire, accidents, or intrusions). Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when required. Maintain incident and daily activity logs. Report any suspicious activity or hazards to the Site Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th grade pass. Prior experience in construction or real estate site security preferred. Physically fit, able to stand or patrol for long hours. Strong observational skills and ability to act quickly in emergencies. Knowledge of basic safety practices and first aid is an advantage. Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
