Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.
Oversee the day-to-day sales operations and ensure consistent performance.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and tap into new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay competitive.
