THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS * Be a part of the Corporate Sales Team - based out of Bengaluru
Reporting to the Director (based out of Bengaluru)
Develop and execute the business strategies in order to attain the goals of the
organization. * Provide strategic advice to the Management so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company's future * Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities * Communicate and maintain good relationships with corporates, shareholders, business partners and authorities * Create sales funnel and reach out to the decision makers of prospective corporates / organisation. * Responsible to onboard new potential accounts/ corporates who are requiring / involved in domestic and international and travel & MICE * Showcase a strong presence in social media and professional networks
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensurecompany survival and growth.
Eligibility Criteria -
Proven experience of 4- 8 years in the Business Development / Sales Manager's role
handling Corporate Accounts in Bengaluru. * Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces in Hospitality industry that influence
the company * Strong understanding of corporate compliances / finance and measures of performance
Familiarity with management best practices
Excellent organizational, and leadership skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
Technically strong and updated -, CRM & Sales / Corporate onboarding Process
