We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth across the APAC region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our AI software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the APAC region.
2. Market Research: Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
3. Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry events.
4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our AI software solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
6. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
7. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
8. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
9. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates to the Sales Director.
10. Travel: Be willing to travel as needed within the APAC region to meet clients, attend conferences, and close deals. ** This is an exciting opportunity in a high growth company with above - market commissions and performances bonuses. Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). (required)
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing or AI software industry. (required)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus. (required)
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its challenges. (required)
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Willingness to travel as needed throughout the APAC region. Benefits:
