You will guide students in both theoretical and practical knowledge, helping them build strong foundations and career readiness in the nutrition and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on topics such as human nutrition, diet planning, clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, food science, etc.
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools in alignment with academic standards.
Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.
Stay updated with the latest research and trends in nutrition, health, and wellness.
Mentor and guide students through projects, internships, and career counseling.
Participate in curriculum development and academic planning initiatives.
Coordinate with other faculty members and departments to ensure integrated learning.
Promote awareness of healthy eating habits and wellness through seminars or guest lectures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or a related field.
Certification or registration as a Dietitian/Nutritionist is a plus.
Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or industry experience in the field of nutrition or dietetics. (Freshers can also apply)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and student development.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital learning tools and platforms.
Ability to design interactive and student-centered learning experiences.
Research background in nutrition or public health is an advantage.
