Roles and Responsibilities
- To understand the outlets requirement and recruit Hairstylist from various brands
- Have a good repo with the various Hairstylist in the city.
- To pull the valuable assets to the organization.
- Conduct training programs for the new hire at the Salons, make them ready for the store.
- To identify, train, evaluate the training programs of Hairstylists.
- To perform Skin and Hair related audits as per our SOP.
- Looking for a professional Trainer who is good at people management.
- Has passion in building rapport in the industry.
- Is good at training new hires, understanding business need and redirecting skills to train them.
- Has an eye to detail, to find out problems at the Salon, help highlighting it and finding out solution for it.
