Create, customize, and optimize CRM modules, fields, workflows, and automation as per business needs.
Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps such as Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
Maintain accurate and updated client and lead data; monitor lead flow from different sources.
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports through CRM dashboards.
Provide CRM training and support to sales and marketing teams.
Coordinate with the IT and Sales teams for system improvements and bug fixes.
Ensure proper tracking of enquiries, bookings, and client follow-ups through CRM.
Implement automation to improve productivity and client response time.
Qualifications & Skills-
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / IT background preferred).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM (Real Estate CRM experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM customization, automation, workflow rules, and reporting.
Familiar with lead management, sales funnel tracking, and post-sales process.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Zoho ecosystem tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
