Key Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about IT & Non IT courses and training programs.
Handle inbound inquiries, provide course details, fee structure, and counseling support.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions in Excel.
Understand student needs and help them select the right IT course.
Schedule counseling sessions, demos, visits with the academic Counselor.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and admission conversion goals.
Maintain professionalism, politeness, and strong customer service during every call.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication in English, Hindi and regional languages.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
Prior telecalling/counseling experience in education/IT training industry is an advantage.
