Social Media Executive
to manage and grow our online presence.
Job Summary:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and analyzing content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about engaging with students and promoting IT education.
Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
Develop graphics, short videos, reels, stories, and promotional posts.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to the target audience.
Social Media Strategy
Plan and implement monthly social media calendars.
Run campaigns for course launches, events, webinars, and student success stories.
Suggest improvements to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Community Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
Engage with the student community, influencers, and industry groups.
Share student testimonials, achievements, and institute updates.
Advertising & Analytics
Manage paid promotions and ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, leads).
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and propose optimization strategies.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team, trainers, and academic staff.
Coordinate for event coverage, photography, and content collection.
Requirements:Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management
(preferably in the education or IT sector).
Skills
Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools preferred).
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of IT education and technology trends is a plus.
