1. Branch Sales Leadership
? Oversee sales performance of all branches and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
? Guide, mentor, and monitor branch sales teams to ensure consistent productivity.
? Conduct regular branch visits and sales reviews.
2. Strategy & Business Development
? Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
? Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights.
? Work closely with management to plan sales forecasts and revenue goals.
3. Revenue Management & Target Achievement
? Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved across branches.
? Track and review branch-wise sales and revenue reports daily/weekly.
? Take corrective actions to address shortfalls and improve performance.
4. Coordination & Communication
