Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk and visitor coordination
Greet guests and handle walk-ins professionally
Manage calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain registers and basic documentation
Coordinate meeting rooms and schedules
Provide administrative and office support
Ensure a polished and welcoming office environment
Key Requirements:
Prior front office / receptionist experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Basic administration & MS Office proficiency
Professional appearance, etiquette & grooming
