Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos).
Plan monthly content calendars and analyze performance metrics.
2. Performance Marketing
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
Track ROI and ensure maximum conversions (leads & admissions).
A/B testing for creatives, keywords, and landing pages.
3. Website & SEO
Manage and update the institute's website content.
Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Track and improve ranking on search engines.
4. Content Creation & Branding
Write SEO-friendly blogs, course descriptions, email content, and marketing copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for marketing collateral.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Create automated workflows, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
Manage CRM tools, lead nurturing, and follow-up strategies.
7. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the counselling, sales, and academic teams to support admission targets.
Participate in promotional events, webinars, and workshops.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in the education or training sector).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), Canva, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of IT courses (e.g., Web Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
Video editing skills
Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
