Job Title :- Cyber Security Trainer

Location:- Thane

Job Type:- Full Time

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

Deliver instructor-led training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices Develop and update training materials, labs, presentations, and assessments Train learners on topics such as: Network & Application Security Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing Cyber Threats, Malware & Vulnerability Management Incident Response & Risk Management Cloud Security & Security Operations (SOC) Conduct hands-on labs, simulations, and real-world case studies Assess learner performance through tests, assignments, and practical exercises Mentor students and guide them on career paths and certifications Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and compliance standards Assist learners in preparing for certifications (CEH, Security+, CISSP, etc.) Maintain training quality and ensure alignment with industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network security Strong knowledge of: Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) Networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls, IDS/IPS) Security tools (Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus, Burp Suite, etc.) Good communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner Experience with hands-on labs and real-time scenarios

Preferred Certifications:-

CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) CompTIA Security+ CISSP / CISM OSCP CCNA / CCNP Security

Experience:-

2-5+ years of industry experience in cybersecurity (varies by organization) Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
