Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and other communication channels Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Explain product/service details and support sales conversion (for sales role) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
