We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Executive to support and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement and HR administration
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management
Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Address employee queries and provide timely HR support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in end to end recruitment.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
