We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities and providing excellent customer service to passengers. Responsibilities: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures. Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and procedures. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flights, schedules, and airport facilities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo. Perform safety inspections and checks on aircraft equipment. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner. Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects. Knowledge of basic computer operations.
