Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field sales executives
Drive sales targets through effective team performance and client acquisition
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
Conduct regular field visits and provide guidance to team members
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasts
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Minimum 2+ years in field sales, FMCG or Pharma Sales
Strong communication and team management skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and leadership
