We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our

Domestic Customer Support Process

. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to handle customer queries effectively.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers. Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate call logs and customer records. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in

Hindi and English

. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Must be comfortable with 6 days working and rotational off.

Salary:

As per company standards

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
