Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and quality metrics.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in telecalling or related field (domestic BPO).
Ability to work on outbound calling processes for domestic clients.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
