Responsibilities and Duties
Abybaby Events Private Limited is looking forward for a vibrant HR Recruiter, who can manage all the following:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
To ensure the position the applicant shall have -
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter for at least 6 months to 1 year (into Non- IT recruitment);
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
Experience with sourcing techniques;
Solid verbal and written communication skills;
Sound judgment about candidate screening.
Benefits
Salary bracket between 8k to 15k.
Work Time is between 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, from Monday to Saturday.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
