technically sound HR Recruiter
to support our growth and hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various digital platforms.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently.
Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Keep updated with organizational policies and employment regulations.
Prepare timely reports on recruitment activities and conduct exit interviews when required.
Requirements
Experience:
1 - 2 years of proven experience in
Non-IT recruitment
.
Skills:
Technically sound with strong understanding of digital platforms, recruitment tools, and databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing techniques.
Strong analytical judgment and candidate evaluation skills.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
