Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Palakkad main branch. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage the counseling team, and ensure excellent service delivery to students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the counseling, marketing, and operations teams Achieve monthly and annual admission targets Maintain strong relationships with partner colleges and institutions Monitor and improve the overall performance of the branch Ensure a smooth and professional counseling process for all students Coordinate with the head office for strategic planning and reporting Manage promotional activities and local marketing campaigns

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in educational consultancy, counseling, or management Excellent communication, leadership, and team-handling skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Knowledge of admission procedures (domestic and international) is an added advantage
