Call inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing, website, and socialmedia inquiries.
Effectively communicate with potential customers to understand their travel needs.
Convert inquiries into bookings for domestic and international holiday packages.
Provide accurate information about destinations, services, pricing, and promotions.
Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversion rates.
Maintain lead databases and update CRM systems with interaction details.
Assist the sales and operations team in coordination and documentation as needed.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly telecalling targets and conversion KPIs.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally to maintain service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
1-3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (travel industry preferred).
Excellent verbal communication in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Passion for travel and knowledge of key destinations is an added advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and a team player.
