Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, customize, and manage international travel itineraries for FITs, GITs, corporate clients, and group departures Handle end-to-end bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, insurance, and sightseeing across various global destinations Manage visa and travel insurance coordination for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Liaise with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure seamless services Respond to inbound queries via email, phone, and WhatsApp with prompt, professional communication Provide pre- and post-sales support, ensuring complete customer satisfaction Maintain and update booking systems, CRM tools, and client records Stay up-to-date on global travel regulations, safety protocols, and destination updates Assist in training junior consultants and collaborate with sales and marketing teams Manage tour operations, including budgeting, vendor follow-ups, and group handling when needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism IATA Certification is highly desirable Minimum 5-10 years of experience in international travel operations Strong knowledge of major international destinations, products, and logistics Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and travel CRM tools Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi and Bengali is a plus Attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure Warm, confident, and customer-centric personality Knowledge of visa processes for key destinations (Europe, USA, Southeast Asia, etc.) Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain repeat business
