About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Headmistress to lead the Primary Section of our institution. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader with a strong background in early childhood and primary education, excellent administrative capabilities, and a passion for holistic child development
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Primary Section (Classes I-V).
Master's Degree in Education / Child Development / English / Science / Humanities (B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory).
Minimum 10-15 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role in a reputed school.
Strong knowledge of modern teaching methodologies, child psychology, and primary school pedagogy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to foster a positive school culture and motivate staff & students.
