Brief Description:

We are urgently seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Sales as a Counsellor. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in counselling clients about our offered courses, explaining fee structures, and providing career guidance to students across various fields.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Counsel clients about courses offered according to their requirements. Explain different courses and fee structures clearly. Effectively convince and retain customers. Provide career counselling to students in various fields. Maintain proper records of all meetings with students. Follow up with clients for enrolments. Provide clear and accurate information based on current policies. Give fair and neutral evaluations of candidates' profiles. Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their career scopes.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years, Freshers are also welcome.
