Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher

Reports To: Principal
Job Summary:
The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities, fostering social and emotional development, and building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and caters to the developmental needs of young children.
Plan and prepare daily lesson plans, activities, and learning materials that are engaging and educational.
Classroom Management:
Manage classroom behavior and ensure that students follow classroom rules and routines.
Child Development and Support:
Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and learning needs.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their childs progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation in any and Graduation with B.ed /NTT: from 2 TO 5 YEARS
Qualification: Grad and Grad with B.ed Pref for Academics
Salary : 20K-25K Salary Negotiable for Good Candidates
