Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs regularly.
Provide oral or RT feeding as per doctor's advice.
Administer medicines and follow medical instructions accurately.
Help patients with mobility, comfort positioning, and exercise routines.
Maintain patient records and update reports as required.
Support family members with basic patient care guidance.
Eligibility
Qualification:
Diploma in Nursing / GDA / Patient Care / Maternity Assistant
Experience:
Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply
Duty Hours:
12 hrs / 24 hrs shifts
