Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst

Location: Surat

Experience: 3-3.5 years experience in data analysis and recording.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, along with proven experience in handling a team. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable insights, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI / Looker Studio.


Write complex queries and optimize database performance using SQL.


Leverage Python for advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modeling.


Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data- backed solutions.


Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.


Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and analytics.


Lead, mentor, and guide junior analysts in best practices, tools, and methodologies.


Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and finance to support decision-making.


Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve data efficiency and reporting.


Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.


Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.


Expertise in SQL for querying, data extraction, and database management.


Strong knowledge of Power BI / Looker Studio or similar dashboarding tools.


Excellent knowledge of data visualization techniques and storytelling.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.


Good communication skills to present complex data in a business-friendly manner.


Prior team handling or mentorship experience.


Familiarity with statistics, predictive modeling, or machine learning concepts is a plus.
