Job Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Terpene & Industrial Chemicals)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Salary: 35k to 45k per month
Qualification: B.Sc / B.Tech (Chemistry / Chemical Engineering preferred); MBA/PGDM desirable.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
1?. Business Development
Identify and develop new customers in target industries.
Explore new applications and market segments.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions.
2?. Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor pipeline and conversion ratios to ensure target fulfillment.
3?. Account Management
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key customers.
Drive repeat orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4?. Product & Application Knowledge
Demonstrate understanding of Terpene chemical properties and applications.
Provide technical guidance and coordinate with the R&D/technical team for product customization.
5?. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments.
Share feedback and insights with product management and marketing teams.
6?. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate CRM entries.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide reliable forecasts.
7. Commercial Negotiations
Handle pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
Skills Required
Sales Skills: Prospecting, Consultative Selling, Negotiation, Closing deals.
Communication: Strong verbal & written communication, Presentation skills.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and sustain long-term customer partnerships.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of customer industries and key value drivers.
CRM & Reporting: Proficiency in CRM tools, structured reporting, and forecasting.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance).
Experience 2 - 5 Years
Salary 4 Lac 25 Thousand To 5 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
