The Purchase Manager Real Estate is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring real estate properties that align with the organizations investment or operational goals. This role involves market research, vendor coordination, financial analysis, and contract management to ensure cost-effective and strategic property purchases.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities (residential, commercial, or land)

Conduct market research and property feasibility studies

Evaluate property values, risks, and return on investment (ROI)

Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and contracts with sellers and agents

Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams during transactions

Manage due diligence processes (inspections, title checks, documentation)

Maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners

Track property acquisition budgets and timelines

Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and local regulations

Prepare reports on acquisitions, market trends, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience in real estate purchasing, acquisitions, or procurement

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and market trends

Ability to evaluate financial data and investment performance

Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and real estate or procurement software

Preferred Qualifications

Real estate license (where applicable)

Experience with large-scale or commercial property acquisitions

Familiarity with investment analysis and portfolio management


Experience 3 - 4 Years


Salary 4 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.
